• PU - 10th Passed(SSLC/CBSE/ICSE/NIOS)

•  School Transfer Certificate
•  Caste Certificate for Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe.
•  Academic Achievements
•  Sports Certificates
•  5 Passport size photographs and 2 Stamp size photos
